Surface Grinding Machine M7150

 Based on traditional grinding machine, we made lots of technical improvement:
1. grinding head：Traditional plain grinding is made of bushing structure. The interval between bushing and principal axes are 0.*3 - 0.*5mm. Each per shift shall add blending oil and the bushing is very possible to be burnt. Our designed principal axes uses high precision rolling bearing with zero clearance from principal axes, which enhance precision and ensure easy maintenance.
2. Thicken the diameter of stress point in the principal axes for better rigidity.
3. Specification of grinding wheel: M***0 Φ**0×*0×Φ**7，M***0－M***0 Φ**0×*0×Φ**7. M***1 －M***0 Φ**0×*3×Φ**3
4. lead screw is modified to ball screw from conventional loop type teeth and rolling combination and not hardened lead screw. It extends the service life and enhances working accuracy.
5. Number of retarder worm is readjusted for solving the problem of wheel head set downflow.
6. Dual packer iron replaces single packer iron for the specification above M***0, so the spark back of grinding head can be significantly changed.
7. Workbench is used bilateral pole oil cylinder for the specification above M***0, which help to get stable.
8. The upright post is moved to left instead of right to make sure there is a resultant force between grinding head and upright post. The widened guide pass will ensure the steady stress.
9. Fast fluctuation is installed in the machine for more convenient operation.
*0. There points of lubricating oil at middle, left and right side will supply better lubricating.
*1. Automotive oil servicing will be provided at upright post and transmissive lead screw.
*2. the scale of advance of tool hand wheel is 0.**5mm.
*3. Plastic coating （ polytetrafluoroethylene）is used on working bench rack for the specification above M***0，thereby the resistance is reduced and service life will be increased.
*4. M***0 and M***0 grinder has been heightened. grindable product height is **0mm（not include cupules, new grinding wheel).Other grinding machine with different specification can be heightened according to customers' requirement.
*5. The vertical grinding head can be mounted on the machine with the specification above M***0; all kinds of guide pass and end face can be processed.
*6. Wheel corrector can be installed on grinding wheel hood for large and peculiar parts.
*7. basic characteristic of M***1 and M***0 plain grinding：
(1) Split flow pump output is used on hydraulic system. The manifold composed by start-stop valve, direction valve, electric control throttle and reducer is controlled by electromagnetic valve.
(2) Light and electric switch is used for workbench commutation to ensure noise free.
(3) Ball screw is used for fore and back feeding. Transducer control can meet the requirement of continuous and indirect feeding.
(4) Polytetrafluoroethylene is pasted on workbench and joint line between upright post and gag for reducing coefficient of damping to ensure stable movement and long service life.
(5) Widebore twin oil cylinder is used for machine for better processing ability.
(6) Electron degausser is used for controlling electromagnetic chuck.
(7) Four gags are used for controlling up and down motion of carriage for better precision.
