CPB single-use bioreactor is based on the working principle of CUR single-use bioreactor with the addition of perfusion module, defining the CUR system as mixing mass transfer module, which is used in conjunction with the mixing mass transfer module, using a new external circulation type paper carrier perfusion culture process. The mixing mass transfer module provides mixing and mass transfer for the cells, and the system can control parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and circulation rate in-line to make the micro-environment suitable for cell growth. The paper carrier is fixed in the culture bag and the cells are adhered on the paper carrier to achieve high density cell culture.
