SWS**0/***-WD shearer is the latest developed double-drum type which is suitable for shortwall and large inclination-angle panel.

Design points

In order to fit shortwall working face, the total length is strictly limited within 4m, and electric cabinet uses off-board structure.
In order to fit large inclination-angle, the shearer adopts dual drive, the gradeability is designed maximum *0°.
There're one fixed drum and one adjustable drum, which could realize the function of full mining height one-time.
Total weight is strictly limited within 7ton, and uses modular combination structure.
To optimize empty zenith distance, the unsupported space is narrowed furthest, and has reasonable compatible application with cantilever support.

Stability: When there's down-ward or up-ward angle in the working face, the fixed drum of SWS**0/***-WD shearer cuts lower seam and touches floor, the adjustable drum cuts upper seam, and keeps good working stability.
Working efficiency: There're drums driven by double motors, which could realize the function of full mining height one-time.
Overall dimension: The length of SWS**0/***-WD is 4m, while SWS**0/***-WD is 2.3m. The **5 type shearer has the advantage of light weight and small size when packing.
Coal-loading capability: For **0 shearer, two drums cut coal simultaneously, the space of drum conicals is ******0mm, which has good coal loading efficiency. While **5 shearer only cuts coal with single drum.
