1. ZCME microliquid adding system fits the demand of the national
market and fills up the blank of the country，fitting the
continual surface spraying of microelement like liquid enzyme and
oil to finished pellet feed.
2. The system tests the instantaneous material weight of the flow
scale, according to set adding proportion,adjust the liquid flow
automatically through the metering pump,the liquid after
atomization sprayed in pellet feed surface evenly,have the
functions of stopping spraying automatically when lack of liquid
and giving alarms when error happens.
3. The system could be added several kinds of nutrient substance
with small quantity mixed through stirring pipe producing
atomization sprayed in the material surface, the adding quantity
is less than 0.2L/H, having water atomization and gas atomization
for option.
