ZP*5A ZP*5B Rotary Tablet Press Machine (Double press type, for mass production)

v This model ZP*5A and ZP*5B was awarded the name of "China National Major New Product" and "Shanghai Major New Product".

Application

The model ZP*5A and ZP*5B, Both are double-press type continuous automatic tablet press machines, for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

Salient Features

1. A fully-closed working chamber. The material of the cover and the inside turret face is stainless steel, which prevent the cross pollution. It meets the G.M.P requirement.

2. It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened. Cleaning and maintenance is easy.　　

3. The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.

4. All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.

5. The hydraulic system can assure the stable of the system.

6. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.

7. This machine also has electronic magic driver and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running.

8. The punches and dies is also applicable to Model ZP*9, ZP*3, ZP*3B, ZP*5 and ZP*7.

Difference between ZP*5A and ZP*5B

ZP*5B is an improved model based on ZP*5A with an extra function of pre-pressing.
