The system gives a vital support to staff at the checkout counter and managers/owners at back office or home. The system manages the delivery procedure which includes the steps of taking orders by telephone or in person and the automatically generation of receipts (customer copy, kitchen copy and delivery copy). On request, the system automatically generates onscreen and/or hardcopies of reports on business activities, customers, orders, suppliers and staff details whenever are needed. TAM provides facilities to perform an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) functions in addition to the back office requirements. A multi-user level password at different access is used to achieve an ultimate data security. Full customer information is available at all times. Identify most frequent customers; customers who have not ordered recently. The system automatically identifies customer, once his/her phone number is identified.
