Talcum Masterbatch is a kind of
nucleating agents used in the production of EPE foam based on
butane physically foaming. Compared with directly adding talcum
powder, it is better for product molding and can keep the output
stable. It effectively improves the foaming effect, such as
improving the flatness, uniform cell, and avoiding fisheyes and
material feeding interruption phenomenon. The production
environment is more friendly without adding talcum powder. And the
efficiency is improved after realizing automatic feeding. According
to the thickness of EPE foam, we can customize talcum masterbatch
suitable for different densities.

Processing Guide: Recommended dosage **4% when
using new resin. No talcum powder adding any more. Butane and GMS
are still kept same dosage as normal. Reduce dosage appropriately
