Tapered Roller Bearing

Product Description

This type of bearings have a circular roller,which is guided by the big raised edge of the inner ring.

The design makes the cone summits of the inner groove surface, outer groove surface and the roller groove surface intersect at one point on the bearing’s central line.

The single-row bearings can bear radial load and one-way axial load. The double-row can bear radial load and double-way axial load.

Tapered roller bearings are suitable to bear heavy load and impact load.

According to the difference of the contact chest （α）, the contact angle can be divided into small cone angle,moderate cone angle and large cone angle. The larger the contact angle is ,the stronger the axial load capacity will be.

The outer ring and the inner components( the inner ring and the cage components) are separable for easy assembling.

Rear auxiliary code "J" or "JR" bearing has international interchangeability 

Suitable cage: steel stamped cage、synthetic resin forming cage and pin type cage. 

Main usage:Automobiles( the front wheels、the back wheels、transmission、small gear axle of differential),machine tool’s spindle, construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, speed reducer of the railway vehicle gear,mill’s roll neck and its speed reducer.
