Product Description

Our production is located in Semarang Central Java. The factory area is around *0.**0 sqm and equipped with modern woodworking machines.
We have complete facilities to produce quality wooden products. Our kiln dry is big in capacity, with total *2 chambers and capable of processing hundreds of cubic meters of wood at one time.
The CNC machine in our factory also very helpfull to ensure precision and consistent quality in our production process. We use automatic spraying machine for finishing which ensure us to get smooth and uniform color.
Our main product is wooden door made from engineered materials such as : HDF, MDF, PLYWOOD, PARTICLE BOARD, VENEER AND FJL.
The capacity for wooden door production is *0.**0 pcs monthly. We also capables to produce special doors like fire rated door and WBP toilet door. The fire door is available in *0 or *0 minutes rating.
Our door are vary in designs and styles.
Proper storage of the products are important to ensure each components maintain their desired performance and appearance. The storage space should be sheltered , well ventilated , clear from dust and kept dry all times. The products should be stacked horizontally on raised ground (such as on wooden blocks) to prevent warpage and other possible damages caused by the surface water / moisture.
