Temper safety glass (temper glass) is manufactured by the horizontal oscillation reinforcement method on modern technology lines according to European standards.
High-quality float glass is heated to a deformation point (about ***0C) and then quickly cooled by a stream of cold air that evenly and precisely blows onto the surface of the glass to harden the compressive stresses on the surface glass. This process does not change the light transmittance and heat of the glass, but it increases the surface compressive strength to more than *0,**0psi (while ordinary float glass can only withstand under 3,**0 psi). The wind pressure, the impact of foreign bodies and the thermal stresses created from other factors must be greater than this compressive strength for the tempered glass to break.

Resistance to thermal shock: TEMPER GLASS is very resistant to thermal shock (sudden temperature changes), can withstand temperature changes up to ***0C without breaking. While ordinary float glass will break when there is a sudden temperature change not exceeding **0C.
- High safety: TEMPER GLASS is very difficult to break, but when broken, it breaks in the form of small particles, the edge is not sharp, harmless and therefore will not cause damage. While normal glass when broken will create sharp, sharp like knives, with great damage. In addition, the TEMPER GLASS glass also creates the ability to escape people in buildings when a fire occurs. So it is clear that the toughening process is really necessary to ensure the safety and mechanical properties of architectural glass and interior glass.
