Product Description

These quad differential comparators are fabricated using LinCMOS™ technology and consist of four independent voltage comparators. They are designed to be powered from a single-supply voltage. They can also be powered from dual supplies if the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to *8 V. Each device has an extremely high impedance (typically greater than *0¹²), allowing direct interfacing with high-impedance sources. The outputs are in an n-channel open-drain configuration and can be connected to achieve positive - logic wired-AND relationships.

The TLC**4 has internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry and has been classified with a ***0V ESD rating using the human-body model test. However, care should be taken when handling this device, as exposure to ESD may cause degradation of device parameter performance.

The TLC**4C is characterized by an operating temperature range of 0°C to *0°C. The TLC**4I is characterized by an operating temperature range of - *0°C to *5°C. The TLC**4M is characterized by operation over the full military temperature range of - *5°C to **5°C.
