The textured soy protein is a product made from defatted soy flour
GMO FREE, by applying thermoplastic extrusion process. The textured
soy protein is available granulated and powder, in rosy colors,
natural and caramel.
The textured soy protein are obtained from defatted white soy meal,
which passes through an extrusion process. Due to its emulsifying
feature, this ingredient is primarily due to moisture retention in
meat sausages. It also acts as an adjuvant technology for texture
improvement and enrichment of protein value.
