The Fitmus wood gymnastic rings are professionally CNC machined and hand sanded from your choice of 1.*1" baltic birch plywood (FIG specs) or 1.*5" baltic birch (gym specs). They include heavy duty **-foot long 1.5" wide cam buckle straps with numbered markings to make it easy to line your rings up evenly and quickly.               What is Included:
