The hanging hot air dryer is characterized by loose drying of the fabric in the hanging state in the drying room. The fabric bears little tension and the structure is not easy to deform. It is suitable for drying medium and long wool like fabrics, plush fabrics and some chemical fiber fabrics, silk fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. But the speed is low, generally *0~*0m/min. With steam as the heat source, the temperature in the drying room is generally **0~**0 ℃.
This kind of drying machine can be divided into long loop and short loop according to the fabric ring shape, and can be divided into single-layer and multi-layer according to the number of fabric suspension layers. It is mainly selected according to the thickness and weight of the fabric, the tension requirements, and the difficulty of looping.
1. Hanging long ring hot air dryer
As shown in Figure ***5. Both ends of the small guide roller for hanging fabric are connected by chains to form a circular guide roller chain. According to the different requirements of fabric looping length, the linear speed difference between feed and guide roller chain can be adjusted through the speed change device. The length of cloth ring is generally 1.5~2m. In addition to the cloth feeding roller, the air spraying ring forming device can be used for fabrics that are not suitable for rolling. In order to prevent the guide roller on the drive chain from adhering to the resin or other finishing agents and avoid the migration of resin or other finishing agents due to uneven drying, one end of the guide roller is equipped with a small chain wheel to engage with the fixed chain, or a gear wheel to engage with the fixed rack, so that the guide roller can rotate at medium and low speeds when driven by the drive chain. This dryer can be used for loose drying or baking of high-grade cotton fabric, polyester/cotton fabric, silk, nylon, viscose fiber and other fabrics.
