"The Leader" is a top-notch leadership training program, designed to give existing and future leaders unique and true life experiences that challenge them to inspire their fellow workers and bring the best out of them. Participants will have the opportunity to put their leadership skills into practice by going through a survival trip, where comfort zones will be stretched, risks will be taken and the status-quo will be challenged.  Successful leaders will be able to demonstrate their ability to understand the dynamic of the situations, individual behaviors, when to take action, who will resist and who will master the idea, most importantly, to reveal a well-developed self-awareness.
