　　Product Description: The surface of zinc wire is smooth and bright; no break of wire exists; single wire has no greasy dirt, burr, scratch or scar; there is no block of device in application.

　　Raw Material: Adopt the zinc ingots (0# distillation) manufactured by Huludao Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. and the content of zinc ingot is ≥*9.**5%. The raw materials strictly comply with national standard GB/T *******7.

　　Production: The company is equipped with XJ***0T extruder, five sets of the most advanced domestic automation flow cast resistance furnace, continuous wire drawing manufacturing equipment, several sets of circular water tank, digital precise wire winding machine, automation reeling machine, baler and others.

　　Detection: No other substances enter the process from raw material (zinc ingot) to wire output, and the product is not exposed to other metal. The detection adopts DF***0 type direct-reading spectrometer, computer eddy current detector (eddy current testing series), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum and other high-end testing instruments. Strict check and detection is conducted in the whole working procedures including raw material—wire output—big drawing—middle drawing—water tank—baling—storage. Not a tiny detail is neglected. Hence, the long-term stability of product performance is ensured. The content of each batch of zinc wire is guaranteed to be above *9.**5%, and SGS environmental protection testing results conform to the requirements of EU RoHS (***2/*5/EC) and the follow-up revision directives.

　　Quality: The quality of zinc wire complies with Q/G ZKS*1—***3 strictly. Our company obtained ISO***0: ***0 international quality system certification issued by Beijing JYCX Quality Certification Co., Ltd. on November 8, ***5, as the first among the industry in Hebei Province, and got the import & export right in the same year. Product Features:

　　1. The size and shape of spraying are insusceptible. Spraying can be conducted on the whole surface, or on a large defined surface, which is a convenient and economical method in coating the partial surface of a large unit.

　　2. The parent material doesn’t change. For the heated temperature on parent material is low during spraying, the workpiece only distorts slightly.

　　3. The thickness of coating varies in a large range, from several microns to several millimeters.

　　4. Spraying moulding is available. Thermal spraying technology can not only form a coating on the surface of material, but also be used to manufacture machinery parts, namely, spraying molding products.

　　Thermal spraying zinc possesses excellent anticorrosive performance. A 0.***0.4mm coating can guarantee a durable life of more than ****0 years of the component in different atmospheric environments and water. It’s the most ideal anticorrosive material at present.

　　Transportation and Storage: Wrappage and means of transportation with acid, alkali or salt that may corrode zinc are forbidden. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated storeroom which is free of corrosive substance and be protected from rain.
