Main function：
1、Error calibration
　 ①、Can calibrate the error at one time for all kinds of mechanical and electronic energy meter, the main and sub-meters in a circuit, multifunction meter’s active/reactive as well as the comprehensive error of low-voltage metering device.
　 ②、The error is stable in load fluctuation test condition.
2、Parameter measurement:
Can test various kinds of electrical parameters on site such as U, I, P, Q, Φ, F etc.
3、Harmonic measurement:
Can calibrate each phase voltage and current harmonic in *1 times on site, and take the fundamental wave as the full-scale.
4、Waveform display:
Can measure and real-time display waveforms of each phase voltage and current, convenient to analysis.
5、Check Line
　 ①、No load check line, can check wirings before metering cabinet put into operation
　 ②、More perfect wrong-wiring identification function, measure and real time display hexagon vector diagram.
6、Secondary load measuring
