2.Three station synchronous transmission design, each station has two feeding mechanical arm,high efficiency.

4.Feeding speed is automatically controlled by frequency controller to adapt different linen ironing processes and speed.

5.Feeding conveyor can automatically stretch and draw back to achieve the feeding of different linen such as table cloth,pillow case,bed sheets and quilt cover.

6.All the transfer arms are controlled by servo motor to measure the length of linen and send them at the set feeding position.

7.Combined with high speed ironer and folder can achieve synchronous transmission.

This spreader has 4 stations,it can be operate from 1 to 4 workers who does not need any skill.

The spreader can operate automatically after feeding line by workers.

To improve the feeding efficiency, it uses the design of rotation, after one clamp finish feeding , another clamp comes to feeding position to wait for linen.

The shuttle is controlled by servo motor,high precision and speed, not only guiding bed sheets at low speed, but also guiding quilt covers at high speed.

During the process of feeding, linen is absorbed firmly on the belt with brushes, these brushes rotate to right and left side with high speed to ensure the flatness.

This spreader not only can feed bed sheets, quilt covers automatically,but also feed bed sheets, quilt cover, pillow case and table linen manually.

*0 inches touch screen is beneficial to monitor and operate, which can memory *0 types of program. It also provides the connectors for ironer and folding machine to achieve linkage.

Each station has statistics function to record the number of feeding linen, which is convenient for the management of operator.
