TIGERNUTS (DRY AND FRESH)

Full of flavour, and ideally suited to making the tiger nut milk Horchata . They can also be used in cooking and eaten as a snack. Dried after harvesting, they are harder than the peeled Tiger Nuts Premium . When soaked in water for at least four hours or ideally overnight, they become softer although some people prefer to eat them in their natural form.

Tiger Nuts Organic are ideal for making Horchata , a delicious and healthy drink that originates in Spain. Horchata is similar to almond or rice milk but we think it is much tastier!
Be creative! Tiger Nuts Organic can also be used in cereals, muesli and salads, or chopped as a tasty topping for yogurt. See our recipe page for more ideas!
