We are providing Prefabricated Timber House. Our workers complete all the relevant safety courses, which makes construction safer. Our range is highly demanded by the clients. We offer range at market leading prices. These homes are  pre manufactured in our facilities in Surabaya, Indonesia using hardwood materials sourced locally by TDG, then shipped to Guam (as well as globally) and finally assembled on site for the end user - either by TDG crews, subs, or local builders. House designs are usually predetermined, since affordable housing is our main focus, but there are also custom homes available for higher end customers, utilizing our design services. Likewise we offer upgraded interiors and special design requests. 



We utilize particular high quality tropical hardwoods in our house designs in order to offer our clients not only aesthetic beauty and comfort, but also a home that is termite resistant, has a fire rating superior to concrete, and able to withstand implement weather conditions exceeding **5 mph.  Additionally, in building a structure with quality tropical hardwoods, energy consumption averages 1/3 that of a comparable sized concrete home.

 

The foundations that we use are concrete footings rather than slabs. Homes built in this fashion are modular in nature, therefore can be easily expanded over time. Being that concrete footings are used, homes can be built without grading the land allowing construction in most places without unnecessarily disturbing the environment. Our home designs also allow for the easy application of off grid power, water, and waste water technologies providing for the development of eco-friendly communities.

Lastly, we have an imminent architect on our team, Mr. Jimmy C.S. Lim, winner of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture and a founding member and trustee of the heritage trust of Malaysia. We are able to offer the highest quality timber homes both in terms of luxury and economy to our clients.
