Bio-medical incinerator consists of following:-

·        Primary chamber operating at Min **0 degree C –Refractory Lined and Backed by Cera Wool insulation with Primary automatic Oil burner.

·        Secondary chamber operating at Min ***0 C-Refractory Lined with sillimanite bricks and backed by Cera Wool insulation with secondary Automatic oil Burner.

·        Flue gas temperature dilutor for feeding extra fresh air to hot flues coming from at very high temp from secondary chamber to reduce scrubbing losses by reducing temp of flues going to scrubber.

·        Cyclone separator –to reduce choking of scrubber

·        Wet scrubbing system consist of Vertical venture Scrubber, Scrubing Pump and Scrubber Tank

·        Induced draft fan creates Negative pressure in combustion chamber to sustain further Incineration and to deliver flues to chimney with controlled SPM, SO2, NOX and others as per GPCB Norms.

·        Self supported *0 meter chimney with sampling point.

Primary chamber is designed for maximum temp of ***0 C and secondary chamber is designed for Maximum temp of ***0 C. waste is loaded to primary chamber through hinged door. Hot flues from primary chamber are passed to secondary chamber where it is incinerated at ***0 c temp.
