Machine Introduction
This WD-TP-RPM********0III toilet paper rewinding and perforating machine is used to produce toilet paper with tail trimming and sealing.
Main Features
1. Adopting with advanced PLC programming technology, and variable speed adjustment, each device with different function can be operated independently.
2. Loading and locating cores by manual (no need change steel tube), which can save time and labor .The special core located device can save core store area for customers. The machine can start winding again after finishing winding.
3. Pneumatic adjusting device adjusts the tightness and tension of the finished product, keeping diameter of finished product same .The tension can be adjusted randomly.
Point to point embossing device: the paper have clearer and better embossing with light weight .Steel to steel embossing unit can be equipped according to the need of customers .
{C}4. Horizontal type unwinding stands: pneumatic wide belt to feed paper, each jumbo roll has independent tension adjustor and left-right adjusting device. Adopts front and back jogging to guide paper, with easy and safe operation.
