This product looks like an upside down hat, the "hat"is put upside down in a hole which has beed drilled to house explosives.  The "hat" prevents the hole from collapsing and "seals" the hole from oxygen (hot hole prevention), prevents the holefrom flooding in the case of rain. Two options would be appreciated, one being made of polyprolene (durable) for the industrial mining and drilling of geology with UV stabilisers to protect from the sun and the colour must be Traffic cone orange/red.  Another option can be anything to use for the above purposes because it is not as practical as they would want it to be to collects and reuse the product so 9 out of *0 times the product is blasted away so I would suggest rather using a cheaper product.  Therefore buying much larger and regular quantities
