Application:
This machine is the second-generation patented
product of our company, which had received the
award of National Scientific and Technological
Progress Prize in ***1 and non-reimbursable
assistance from the Innovation Fund of State
Technology Ministry in ***2. It is the one that
has the maximum output and the most stable
operation as well as has been mostly used by many
factories at the present. It has four
specifications, that is, Model *7A, *7A-G, *7B
and *7B-G.
Operating
Principles:
Mixed-well or refined-well medicinal materials
are put into the feed bin, and are extruded by
the feeding auger into ***2 pieces of medicinal
bars with the same diameters. Then, monitored by
photoelectric speed measuring unit, medicinal
bars are transferred into the making-pill cutter
tool through guide pulley and strip transmitting
machine synchronistically. Medicinal bars are cut
and rubbed in high speed and then made out
well-proportioned and round pills.
Structural
Features:
It has a reasonable structure. There isnt any
machine halt or failure happened during the
testing of some manufactorys operation for almost
three months undergoing uninterrupted *4 hours
every day, which reflects its designs science and
preciseness.The main structure of every part of
machine is owned exclusively and protected by the
patent, which can further guarantee its
uniqueness and stability. Rubbing-pill spring is
never broken and its principal axis has the
minimal wear in its precision after being used
for many years.
Electronics
Control:
Digital signals sent out by the photoelectric
sensors are used to control speed
synchronistically and precisely so as to solve
stretch or pile up and make the electronics
control more stable. This machine can be used for
multi-functions and can freely process some
hard-to-work materials such as high viscosity,
loose, pellet etc.
