0390T is specifically designed for transparent HDPE film products, it can greatly reduce the product cost and has little effect on the transparency and other performance of the film. The film made with it is just looks as same as that with pure HDPE resin.
Specifications:
Appearance: nature color granule
Carrier: LD/LLDPE(Virgin)
Filler: talc powder(1250mesh) with 60% SiO2 content and specially treated with titanium-aluminium coupling agent
Melting Point: 135-145°c
Melting Flow Rate: 8-10g/10min
Application: transparent HDPE films
Recommended dosage: 10-25%
Advantage:
Adding this transparent filler masterbatch in the film grade HDPE
resin at 10-25% would have little effect on the transparency of the
final film and would largely reduce the film cost.
