It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C, RP**0 and other specifications.² The systems of power, transmission, control and hoisting of drilling rig motor as well as crown block and derrick, etc. are installed in the dedicated self-propelled chassis, which can be easily installed and removed quickly. The motor adopts a self-propelled chassis, and the chassis operation and a part of power in the crown block come from the installed engine. The load distribution is reasonable, and the driving and cross-country performance is good. It adopts Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison hydraulic transmission box, and it has reasonable matching, which can realize standalone or parallel operation of power set, so its transmission efficiency is high, and its reliability is also high.² The drawworks adopts a double drum winch, the main brake with band brake or a hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake adopts pneumatic water-cooled disc brake or hydromatic brake. The derrick is open-face, double-node forward mast with hydraulic hoisting, expanding and contracting. Its substructure adopts a parallelogram structure, which is easy to transport and hoist goods. The rotary table and drawworks adopt reliable chains for transmission, and its maintenance is convenient.
