Diamond Cut Router Bit

It is suitable for most printed circuit board edge routing or slotting processes (FR*4, FR*5, BT), and other substrates.



Chip Breaker Router Bit

Chip breaker router Bit, known as CB router bit, is is designed to emphasize routing performance, with a large cutting edge angle, suitable for one-time processing. It provides better edge quality compared to diamond cut router bits.

It can be utilized for single layer, double layer, or multi-layer printed circuit board materials, and it is particularly effective for cutting copper-contained substrates and fine wire patterns like PCB gold fingers, etc. 



Two Flutes Endmill

The two flutes endmill is designed with a focus on the cutting edge (Rake) angle and large chip evacuation slots, significantly enhancing sharpness and chip evacuation efficiency.

It is suitable for cutting highly ductile metal sheets such as copper, aluminum, or aluminum-copper alloys, and applicable for fine slot routing processes in PBGA/BGA/CSP and IC substrate applications.



Single Flute Endmill

The single flute endmill is designed to enhance typical router bits. It effectively  de-burrs from printed circuit boards and can be used for edge refining. It offers both upward and downward chip evacuation and is suitable for high-demand surface processing of printed circuit board materials.

It is suitable for reinforcing the edge refinement of most PCB materials, PCB gold fingers edge trimming, copper de-burrs, etc.
