Its marine propulsion system manufacture base is located in picturesque Huanglong Industrial Park, Zhejiang province , P.R.China. The place is easy to access as it is adjacent to Jinliwen highway and Shanghai-Wuhan railway. The manufacture base covers a total area of over *2,**0 sq.m. All the workshops are built and managed according to advanced standards. Its advanced digital control machines, machining centers and complete and strict quality control systems are introduced from abroad. Besides this, the manufacture base also has a functionally complete laboratory, mechanical performance test room, testing tank and three trilinear coordinates measuring instrument and is certified by CCS, BV, GL, LR, DNV and ABS and awarded with an ISO***1quality certificate. 
Helicetude's research team has rich experience, great sense of responsibility and strong cohesion and devotes to product improvement and innovation. Its experts and consultants who have rich practical experience are from China's vessel research institutes, well-known universities and professional manufacturing area. Now, the company has 3 professor-level senior engineers, 1 dr, 6 masters and more than *0 undergraduates .
