The SJSZ series twin screw plastic
extruder is specialized equipment for the extrusion molding of a
variety of PVC powder products. Using different molds and auxiliary
machines, it can produce a variety of PVC hoses, profiles,
decoration boards, wood-plastic composite materials, bars, and
granular materials.

Extruder*
1. The cylinder of the twin screw
plastic extruder uses a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling
system. Thus, the extruding machine has quick and uniform heat
transmission.
2. Different screws for different
formulas are used to create good plasticization effects.
3. The reduction gearbox and
distribution box have Wafangdian bearings, imported oil seals, and
the gearwheels are made of quality alloy steel which undergo a
nitrogen treatment.
4. The specially designed reduction
box and distribution box provides reinforced thrust bearings, high
driving torque, and long lifetime.
5. The twin screw plastic extruder
utilizes an overseas name brand temperature control system and
electric system, which provides current protection, automatic
failure diagnosis, and alarm.
