It is mainly used to make the dry material without any moisture into balls or briquettes.

Such raw material as CaO powder, MgO2 powder, cooper powder, Chromium powder, waste material of lead and zinc, Aluminum vanadium and soil, nonferrous metal powder, ect. The working principle is through strong and high pressuer to make the raw material into balls. It is widely applied in metallurgy, chemical and refractory industry.

There is a storage bin on the top of machine. There is a feeding port in the side of storage bin. Generally you can feed with belt conveyor or bucket elevator from this feeding port. The through the upper spiral provides pressure to rollers pressing. Rollers place has the angle of bite and the hydraulic pump station can provides line pressure. The materials can be compulsory extrusion molding, then drop-in, vibrating screen discharging.
