UG-025 Block Making Machine

Product Description

This machine is designed to produce more products than UG***2. In the mortar sustention part of the machine, there is UGM***0 mixer which has **0 dm3 capacity of mortar blend right along with cement silo, bunker, sand belt and mortar conveyor. UG***5, Concrete Paver and Block Making Machine have *****0 pallet production capacity in an hour. There can be produced Block, Concrete Paver, kerb and grass stone via changing pattern. 

   With UG***5 in one print, there can be produced *5 units of concrete paver or *0 units of Briquette (Block) with dimensions of *0x*0x*0 cm. In the machine, all movements are provided with hydraulic system and controls with PLC system. Through this system, all malfunctions forming on the machine, number of compressions and products that machine produces and all other functions can be easily observed. Products coming out of the machine can be organized by using footed wood pallets with stacking robot.
