Technical features

Adopt technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infedd starwheel. The bottle infeed starwheel adopt sinnovative neck holding mechanism with bottle separating function which saves bottle infeed screw and conveyor. While changing over bottle size, only a little parts need to be changed and adjusted.

Bottle transferring is by bottle neck holding way. Few parts of spares need to be changed when the bottle size is changed.

Specially designed stainless steel gripper for rinser which is solid and durable, no contacting bottle neck to avoid second contamination to bottle neck.

High-speed and mass flowrate filling valve is easy to be cleaned, with perfect CIP loop and control program.

The bottle-out starwheel is helical structure. While changing over bottle size, it is no need to adjust bottle-out conveyor height and only need to change some arc board and starwheel related to bottle diameter. It takes only *0 minutes to change over bottle size.

This machine can be used for production of tea beverage, juice, and energy drink.
