Underground Plastic Insulated Wire
The Underground Plastic Insulated Wire is in principle applied in rural area for low voltage (**0V or lower) and less branch power supply lines.
Other than plain conductor,its insulating layer is quite thick,between about 1mm and 1.6mm(NLV type).In order to strengthen insulation and mechanical strength, the insulation are divided in 2 layers for the other models except for NLV type.The inner insulation thickness is 0.6 ~ 1.4 mm and the Outside sheath thickness 0.7 ~ 1.2 mm.The insulation material adopts PVC or polyethylene.The main products core wire is aluminum conductor.
