Instructions:

1. To put on, slide one arm at a time as if putting on a jacket. Wrap the belt around your waist and fasten by its velcro ends.
2. To properly adjust the shoulder straps to the right size, extend straps on both sides to its maximum length. Reduce length and test the fitting. Repeat until it is tight and comfortable.
3. Fits Chest Sizes *6"- *0"
