The multi-blade (i.e. multi-blade saw for round wood) is a new type of saw machine euqipment for damp and dry raw wood without a datum plane. It's developed by our company in response to the exploding market demands.
Main Features: vertical symmetrical saw spindle,small saw blade diameter and thin saw kerf(*0% that of normal single-spindle multi-blade saw);flat and smooth sawing surface (can replace planer); energy-saving and low waste due to the multi-blade design; high feeding speed to significantly improve efficiency.It is provided with automatic centering device and features fast feeding,easy operation and higher timber utilization, of which the upper pressing roll can automatically increase tensile force to ensure stable feeding. Moreover,the spindle cooling,electric degreasing & cooling functions and external high pressure spray head help save energy and improve cooling effects.
Some multi-blade saw products nowadays ignore the disadvantages of log: Un-straight and burl which could lead to a machine halt when the un-straight part beyond the machine height limitation. Our R&D team has now improved a new type of multi-blade saw machine,**2A**0,This product has a limited-height milling tool in the feeding system.When log is feeding,the over-height part will be milled off(the over height part should be not surpass *0mm),and the log could successfully passby. *0% more working efficiency is at least on average.
