i,This production line adopts upward continuous casting process and the special equipment of oxygen free copper rod with high quality and long length. The up cast line consists of induction furnace system, the dragging-winding system, the electrical cabinet system, and the water cooling system.
ii, Oxygen free copper rods, belonging to highly conductive materials, are characterized by high conductivity and low oxygen levels etc, and as conductive materials with small diameters are widely used in the electric wire and cable industries and electromagnetic line industries etc, and with the big diameters are used in all kinds of products like trolley wires, electroplating anodes etc.
