We currently have an FULLY automated INTERROLL shipping conveyor system. This system consists of:

·        A continuous set of doublewide conveyors (motorised and non motorised) which are bolted together.

·        Two *0° bends.

·        One **0° bend.

·        Interspersed in the conveyors are *1 pneumatic-actuated conveyor diverters that push objects from the motorized line onto the connected non-motorized line. After the last divert, the conveyors become singlewide.

·        The line has *1 RF scanners

·        With Interroll motorized rollers, controllers and SICK sensors to move the product whilst at the same time maintaining a gap between the products.

This system can be used in a multiple of industries especially within the printing, fruit packaging, boxing, canning, winery and household cleaning products. We are sure that through your network of clientele that there would be someone who can use this system to its capacity.
