Product Description

1. The machine has 6 axes: wire feeding axis, winding axis, wire arranging axis, and arm axis (4 axes). The forming part is completed by the coordination of the arm axis. Each axis is independent yet interconnected.  
2. The machine adopts an independent wire feeding device, enabling single or multiple wire feeding, and wire feeding of any length.  
3. The winding axis is directly installed on the arm axis, with 2 sets of servo synchronous control. It can achieve forward and reverse winding, dense winding, and variable pitch winding, as well as single-layer, multi-layer, and simple winding.  
4. The machine uses imported servos and imported planetary gear reducers for transmission, ensuring high operational precision.  
5. The machine features a computer-operated interface, allowing the saving of tuning parameters for products of various specifications.
