We own a **8 note pool of non performing residential mortgages, scattered across the United States. This is a low average balance pool,which is currently being assessed for retail value, reinstatement and/or modification of individual loans, foreclosure and repair/rental. We will be selling this package, in it's entirety, for *5% of unpaid principal balance, which may, or may not reflect market value, based on particulars. The face value is approximately $*9M.
