5.Upon acceptance of the contract, Buyer sign and return to Turksan
6.Buyer and Turksan sign NCND and MFPA with Intermediaries.
7.Buyer is responsible for contract Registrations/Notarization with ministries in TURKEY (USD*5, **0) directly with a Law Firm. The sum is deducted from the total sum after first Shipment is delivered to the buyer.
8.Buyer visits the yards and sign the hard copies of the contract.
