TPE is compounded of one-layer high-quality fluorine resin, one-payer good performance eva coating, and a layer high mechanical strength polyester(PET).The FEVE of SINPO TPT is high-quality fluorine resin, which is imported from AGC in Japan. Excellent Scratch Resistance
The production of TPE is different from traditional physical way which is compounded of multi-layer film by adhesives. It directly uses the high-quality fluorine resin by cross-linkage reaction under high temperature and then film the fluorine resin on the surface of PEE, whose membance process is a kind of chemical reaction after membance process. The three-layer materials will be integrate material without gaps. Though cross-linkage reaction. The molecular structure of FEVE fluorine resin is a network the scratch resistance of TPE is better than TPE material who use three-layer films compounded by adhesives. Efficient Corrosion & Humidity Resistance
SINPO TPE adopts the coating structure by fluorine material, which is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, chemicals anti-corrosion and prevent the erosion of acid rain. Meanwhile, the structure of coating surface is compact, which can prevent the permeation of water apour and other harmful gas, with the exellent corrosion & humidity resistance. Ever if in the coastal and humid areas, it also can ensure the solar modules working for long time.

Hign Reflectivty & Colors Selectvity
the fluorine resin choosed by Sinpo TPE is with higher transparence, whose molecular structure places in alternate rules and the pigment dispersity and basic adhesivity are much better. It can be made into white TPE film, whose reflectivity is *5%, at the same time, here are nanoscale multihole aerosil materials in the surface of this structure to enhance the heat dispersion of film surface, and reduce the operation temperature of solar modules to raise their conversion rates. The TPE back sheet can be made of different colors of transparence to satisfy customer different requests.
 
Sinpo TPE adopts the fluorine resin which is after stem grafting. The molecular chain of fluorine resin has been inserted by vinyl ether groups which can improve its adhesivity, so as to ensure the favorable adhesivity of back sheet with EVA, silica geletc.
