Design, Elements & Features
The main elements include vacuum pump, starter, gas/water separator, vacuum tank, observation lid & suction tube .
Gas volume is inversely proportional to pressure. The inside of vacuum tank is deflated by vacuum pump. The drilling fluid is sucked into rotating hollow shaft and thrown out through the window of shaft to wall of tank. By impact, gas bubble separator and turbulence with low pressure, gas bubbles surface from a fluid rapidly under pressure. The gas is evacuated & vented to safe place.
