VACUUM TYPE WATER COOLING TOWER (OPEN/CLOSED CIRCUIT FORCED DRAFT AXIAL FAN) OPEN/CLOSE CIRCUIT FORCED DRAFT AXIAL FAN OPERATING SYSTEM :

• Body of the unit is made of galvanized sheet to obtain resistance to rust and lime. When lime and layer accurs, do the

mechanical cleaning without harming the galvanize. Definitely do not use chemicals that can harm galvanized. To

obtain chemicals to clean without harming the galvanize, seek help from our firm.

• Check the water level of water filling and gauges to prevent obstruction or tripping caused by dirt or lime as there can

often be overflows. Definitely do not blunt the overflow pipe. Remove and Clean the water level hose occasionally if

you do not you may not see the water level properly becouse of the water lime.

• Filters must be used to the upper part of the hot water return and the inlet of the water filling buoy of Water tower.

Otherwise, water jets in the collector can become clogged and depending on the amount of water, capacity will

reduce. Jets mounted to ½ teeth must be cleaned once every 2 months.

• Use the appropriate water pump for operating conditions of water tower. Place water filter to the suction part of the

water pump and clean the filter in *0/*5 days period. Insert water pump discharge line an adjustable 1safety valve

and connect the return of the valve to 1 pipe inlet at the top of the tower.

• Use freezing preventive chemicals below 0oC weathers. If temperatures are dropping oC in your region,and pump of

the device is not working the water in the collectors and tower will freezethe device will be out of warranty. There will

be water leaks at the sub-frame and connecting parts. Please ask for help from our firm to prevent the water freezing.

• Tower fan, engine should be checked at least 1 time per month and the electrical panel must be cleaned with

compressed air.

• You can set the automatic fan thermostat at the limit you want. But the limits **6oC for winter and *0 oC for summer

recommended. Different settings can cause continuous operation of your device and unnecessary energy expenditure.

• In case of lack of water in the tower, blockadge in filters, fan failures or stops, cooling will pause. Please be sure to note

these subjects.
