Vertical Autoclavewith (Radial Locking System) automatic controls and safeguards to manage daily sterilization in the Hospitals and Clinics. Esporti Vertical Autoclave made out of total medical grade stainless steel (*6Gauge) and all part also made of S.S. and top lid is die pressed 6mm tick solid S.S. plate and polished for the elegant appearance. ThisAutoclave is equipment with Radial Locking System as well as low water level cut off system. When water level fall down the equipments automatically gets cut power supply to protect the elements to burning out dry fitted with water gauge glass for water level indication, water inlet and outlet values. The Vertical Autoclave has pressure control device incorporated. It economics on power consumption it cuts off the power supply to heaters when the pressure is achieved at *0psi and re-energies he heating elements when pressure falls below the set point. The Vertical Autoclave front panel is provided with working pilot lamps, pressure gauge and timer for sterilizing, switch for selection process and sterilization and two Alarm buzzer one for the finished the process
Working Pressure: The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to *0 psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 kgf/cm sq.g ( *5 psi *7 psi )

Accessories:

Automatic Pressure Control Switch (Pressure control switch )- This automatic device controls the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts-off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/ set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level.
Automatic Water Cut-off Device This device is a safety device which protects the heaters from running dry. This device ensures that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level.
