That has capacity of developing **5 litres pf ice cream per hour.  The algorithm elaborated for the torque control of the stirrer in Newton per meter makes it possible to obtain ice creams and sorbets with different structures and to control the operation of the compressor

• Support shelf for any type of container, adjustable in depth and height
 
• Reduced water consumption thanks to high exchange condensers with a large copper surface.
 
• Reduced energy consumption thanks to the inverter technology which optimizes the power to the electric motor
 
• All parts in contact with the mix or ice cream are made of stainless steel and non-toxic material that are easily accessible and can be disassembled for cleaning.
