Mactec Series Vertical Shaft Lime Kiln Processing:
The raw material, crushed, screened and transferred into raw material stock yard. The finished material and fuel should be prepared. As for the percent of fuel, it depends on its calorific value, specific gravity. After distributing material and fuel on the batching machine, the mixed materials are transferred to the up of shaft lime kiln to preheating by using elevator. When mixed materials are transferred to interior, the charge distributor makes them well-proportioned in the preheating zone of shaft lime kin. Automated sedimentation, according to the quantity of materials discharged by discharge port, then they are transferred into calcining zone. If the calorific value is too low, you can adopt gas to increase energy, improve productivity and lower burning time. The burning time can be controlled by finished material and fuel. (Wind energy resource comes from transmitting of air blower while calcining) The finished burning products, automated drop in cooling zone. There is a discharging port at the bottom of shaft lime kiln. The finished products (after cooled) are automatic/ manual discharged to upon the elevator, transferred into finished chamber.
Exhaust fumes enter into decompression chamber through exhaust outlet, filtered by dust collector, then blow into atmosphere.
