Hair Extension Length Guide:
The way we use to measure length of hairs(straight,wavy or curly texture,etc...) is to make the hair flare-out/stretched to straight ,instead of measuring the hair directly. Meanwhile, since the length is measure by hand, it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy (0.**0.2 inches is acceptable).

Return Policy:

2. We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied
3. Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
