EV series vision measuring machine has the features of powerful function and the high performance-price ratio. EV series adopt precision multi-magnification, ultra low-distortion and high resolution telecentric zoom lens that developed by our company, equipping with DSP 1/2” CCD multicolor video system that our company especially designed for optical measure, so that the surface veins of workpiece can be displayed very clearly and distinctly, the hiberarchy of profile is distinguishable, and can be precisely enlarged *0~**5 times for precision measure. Ev series use high precise granite as the stand of machine body, furnishing with high precision worktable, X/Y/Z axes each has an accurate optical linear transducer measuring system that the resolution is 0.**1mm, and the measuring precision of X/Y/Z is as high as (3+L/**0) um. EV series is equipped with the high-performanced, easy-using and multi-functioned measuring software that developed by ourselves. The measuring results can be transformed from DXF format into all kinds of general CAD software, for example, TOCAD, MASTERCAM and so on, make it easy for user’s application of recording the datum. Conversely, user can also put the drawing file of DXF format into Easson’s measuring software for visual measurement comparison. EV series has easy-using SPC statistical analysis software that is also developed by our own team, which enable user to scientifically analyze the manufacturing process so that find out the error trend during the process easily and the problem of working procedure. All the measuring results can be transformed to general office software, such as EXCEL, WORD and so on, make it easy for customer to make and keep the quality inspection report or for further handling.
