Multi-Media filter
This equipment is mainly used for removing big particles, seston and colloid from water for dropping turbidity,and is applicable for the pretreatment of various water or primary filter for industrial water of low quality. The filter material is quartz sand,anthracite and pyrite ore which shall be selected according to the actual demands.The equipment enclosure is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, A3 plastic lined steeland stainless steel.It applies manual control and imported Autotrol/Fleck multiple valve control.
Active carbon filer

scale.Fully automatic Water Softener applies imported Autotrol
Fully Automatic Multiple Valve control, and the entire work
procedure,including exchange softening, blackwash, salt feeding
,regenerating and cleaning, is controlled with automatic control
system rather than manual control.
Ultra filtration system
Ultra filtration system utilizes a different molar weight cut-off
(MWCO) to filter and separate a variety of small suspended
particles, organic resin in the water, and reduces the TOC.It can
be used before the RO system as pretreatment of raw water, and
can be used at the end of ultrapure water system to remove small
particles in pure water. The removal rate of organic matter is up
to *9% and SDI<1, so that can increase water purification
acquisition of the RO system, and extend the life span of RO
membrane.UF uses Inside-outpressure type of hollow fiber membrane
silk. The equipment could automatically collect water, back flush
and so on with extremely easy operation to reduce the unstable
factors caused by human operation and complicated
management.
Precise filter
Series precise filter composes of stainless steel enclosure and
filter core whose precision grade ranges 0.1um**0um for
protecting the reverse osmosis membrane from particles and
seston, and is also used for removing bacterium and clarifying in
medicine and wine. It requires replacing the filter core when the
and output.water pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa after
using for **6months.
Reverse osmosis systems
Reverse osmosis systems are used to purify water and remove salts

2. Vliya UF system drinking water plant has following
techonology:
| (1) Raw water Tank: The Raw Water tank store the raw water, it to ensure the stability of water pressure. |
| (2) Raw Water Pump: Provide pressure to quartz sand filter/ activated carbon filter |
| (3) Dosing Pump: The dosing pump can put the flocculant into the raw water. The flocculant can adsorb the suspended solid in water, let the suspended solid easily removed. The dosing pump in front of reverse osmosis membrane can put the scale inhibitor in the water. To prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from blocking. |
| (4) Quartz sand filter: Quartz sand filter can remove the suspended solid in water. if your water contain more iron, we will put the manganese sand to the bottle of Quartz sand filter. The manganese sand can oxide the iron and adsorption. |
| (5) Activated Carbon Filter: The activated carbon adsorb the color, odor and chlorine. |
| (6) Resin Softening System (Filter): If your water is hard, your water contain the more calcium and magesium.The resin can lower the content of the calcium and magesium in water. The principle is ion exchange. |
| (7) UF process is the separation process in relation with pore size, and the pore size is between RO (NF) and MF (0.****0.1μm), that is to say UF process the separation from big molecules to small molecules. In short, ions and small molecules, dissolved in the raw water, permeate to be the UF permeate, while particles larger than the membrane pore size are concentrated as concentrate, such as big protein molecules, microorganism, colloid,suspending substance etc. |
