2 The Main Application

VTM Series Ultrafine Mill machine is a kind of equipment processing fine or superfine powders. It is mainly suitable for non-flammable or non-explosive brittle materials of medium or low hardness, mohs hardness level 7 or less, such as the materials calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, speckstone, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrauxite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, kieselguhr, barite, gesso, alunite, graphite, cann, phosphate ore, potassium, float stone and hundreds of  other materials.

3 The Features

a) High Efficiency, Low Cost:VTM Series Ultrafine Mill machine is high efficient and low cost. Compared with other powder grinding equipment, such as ball mill Raymond, the power consumption of VTM Series Ultrafine Mill decreased by 40 ~ 50%.

b) Low Construction Costs: Vertical mill machine can reduce about 50% land occupation compared with ball grinder systems, thus the construction costs reduced by around 70%. It combines the crushing, drying, grinding and grading transmission as a whole, therefore, the system is simple and the construction costs is low.

c) Easy and Reliable Operation:The Mill machine is equipped with automatic control device, which can realize remote control and easy operation. The Mill is also equipped with a device that prevents direct contact between roller shell and mill lining board; therefore, there will be no destructive violent vibration.

d) Convenient Maintenance:Through the inspection, the cylinder sliding frame, roller sets, wearable inner ring can be replaced within a short amount of time. The material of roll ring and wear-resisting inner ring is 50 SiMn.

e) Less Pollution:Small vibration and low noise. The system operates under negative pressure and no dust overflow.

f) Stable Product Quality:The materials stay in the grinding for a short time, which is easy to detect and control the particle size and chemical composition of the product. The machine is equipped with high precision classifier, which can classify 325 mesh to 3000 mesh products. The accurate classification is of high cutting precision and ensures stable product quality.
